15 gallons of premium frozen grapes from Napa River Ranch
Our premium Cabernet grapes were harvested at their optimal ripeness, de-stemmed and fresh frozen in October 2007. Three pails of frozen grapes will be shipped to your home labeled with an initial must analysis by a TTB certified lab. Fifteen gallons of frozen grapes constitues one full lot in the WinePod and will yield approximately four cases of 750ml bottles.
 The first selection is Rancho Sarco Vineyard, located in Coombsville (East Napa) along the Sarco Creek. Our 2007 harvest comes from five acres of Clone 8 on 110R rootstock planted in 2000. High-quality yields produced approximately 4 tons/acre of tiny berries with noteworthy aromas. Several highly acclaimed single vineyard cabernets have been made with Rancho Sarco grapes.
 The second selection in Napa River Ranch, located in the heart of Napa Valley near the confluence of various creeks and the Napa River. This premium 2007 fruit comes from the B Block, owned by Hall Vineyards. Dense vineyard planting of Clone 337 Cabernet on SO4 rootstock yields a small plant with small fruit of great concentration. Complex and well-belanced wines are the result of past Napa River Ranch vintages.
